When suggesting an idea, please be as specific as you can. 

• List projects that can be completed in ~ 12 weeks (for GSoC)
• List prerequisites, such as programming skills required
• Estimate difficulty level.
• List potential mentors
• Link to other pages to provide more detail or to show existing materials. (i.e. sketches, pseudo-code, etc)

We would like all our ideas to be listed as a Functional specification. Though a lot of methodology is involved here and it looks boring, it would definitely help in long run.
